HYSENEXTM UPM-100型超纯水专用精处理混床树脂系采用国际上先进的核子级树脂制造工艺，采用高纯试剂经多道工序严格精制而得的一种超纯混床树脂（抛光树脂）。适合在以RO、EDI为前置处理设备的超纯水系统中作为终端精制混床制取超纯水。广泛应用于电子行业半导体材料生产；实验室、医院等各型超纯水机；以及核电站含放射性物质的水处理系统等领域。具有产品纯度高、运行周期长、出水水质稳定等特点。当进水水质＞16.5MΩ.cm时，出水水质可达18MΩ.cm以上。

Product Information

HYSENEXTM UPM-100 type resin for mixed bed for the finish treatment of ultra-pure water is a kind of ultra-pure refined resin (Polished Resin) made with the internationally advanced nuclear grade resin process and with hyper-pure chemical reagent incorporating a number of strict processes. It is suitable to be used as the terminal refining mixed bed in the RO and EDI systems, for the ultra-pure water production in industries such as preparation of semic-conductor materials, also for the finish treatment after various water treatment processes, and for the water treatment system for water containing radioactive substances. It has the features of high purity of product, high operating capacity, stable quality of produced water and extremely low organic leach, etc. When the quality of the incoming water is ＞16.5MΩ.cm, the quality of the produced water is above 18MΩ.cm.
